BEATRIZ AMANDA GONZALEZ earned her Master’s in International Business Administration and Human Resources Development at Nova Southeastern University in Florida. Her experience includes working in Clinical Psychology, Organizational Development, Marketing Research, Implementation of Quality Systems under ISO -9000 standards, Career Coaching, Staffing, Training and Internship Program Development. She has been serving small businesses in South Florida for over a decade, helping them screen, acquire, train and evaluate personnel and to develop internal resources needed to become more efficient and profitable. She is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and she is an expert in Leadership and in Organizational Climate surveys, a key tool to optimize performance. Since 2005 she has been also a member of the Society of Human Resource Management.
ROBERTO GONZALEZ is a bilingual copywriter, English/Spanish translator and author. statistical procedures and data processing for large studies. His expertise in data collection and processing make him invaluable for turning information into effective action plans. Mr. Salcedo’s marketing research takes the perspective of an independent consultant and that of a corporate researcher for large-sized companies. He has managed quantitative and qualitative studies in North and South America for large corporations in the financial, food and retail industries for over 30 years. Mr. Salcedo has taught Psychometry, Edumetry, Statistics, Research Methodology, Experimental Design, Multivariate Statistical Analysis, SPSS software, Consumer Behavior, Marketing, and Marketing Research at five national universities in Bogotá and Cali, Colobia. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Los Andes University in Bogotá, Colombia, and certificates in Marketing and Training and Human Resources Development from the University of California. An experienced user of SPSS software in marketing, social, psychological and education development projects, he is also accomplished at using automated capture software for scanning and survey tabulation. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
